How different might your life look if you started having different conversations with yourself?
We all have a little voice in our head that is always chattering away in the background. We are generally listening to it and in turn this creates our thinking, feeling and our actions... what if the voice is wrong, what if we changed that constant chatter to a different message?... one that serves us constructively in every possible way?
I don't say this lightly, I know it's damn hard work to change our internal dialogue... but it's a muscle definitely worth building!
